Happy Birthday, America
I am working on a post that takes a lot of thought and consideration, so I apologize for another short one, but I thought I would take some time to wish my homeland a happy birthday a few days early. For a bonus question on a quiz in my Heroes and Villains course a couple weeks ago, I asked how old the USA was, and it sparked a debate. For me, the day we became America will always be the day the Declaration of Independence was signed. That's why we celebrate that day as the birth of this great nation. The Constitution is not America; independence is America.
