The Food of Leah Marie's People

St. Patrick's Day, one of the best we've had as a family. We all wore fun shirts, and Leah Marie whipped some food from her homeland. We had a fabulous bangers and mash with some caramelized cabbage and onions, complemented with some Dubliner and soda bread . . . YUM! We love indulging in the foods f our respective people. We also love celebrating holidays related to our peoples, that is to say, our ancestors. It is important to us to raise our children with a strong identity and an understanding of their heritage. This is why we like to observe (though certainly not in the same way) occasions where our people are celebrated. This means a lot of extra "holidays" for this Jewish-Irish-Christian family.
