Almost all of the best Christians I know are Democrat. Almost every Democrat I know is a God-fearing Christian. And, ironically, many of those people are also southerners. So who exactly does this ridiculous meme refer to? There is a great irony here. Can anyone identify it? Some day I am going to write a book about how the political climate (read "partisan vitriol") in this country vexes me. More than anything else, this kind of hostility demonstrates a complete disregard for discipleship. And I thought this was supposed to be a Christian nation. Your move Republicans.
