Progress?

Our new house had the appliances delivered today. They are very nice, and we couldn't be happier. The problem is that as we march closer to the closing date, which is still more than a month away, we are still no certain about whether the community determined BFE will cause any issues. So we wait, but at least the wheels are still in motion.
