Flood Zones III

While I am waiting until it is official before dancing in the streets (which I shall do) and then breathing a sigh of relief. The word came down today that the survey crew determined, without questions, that the first floor of our soon-to-be-house is well out of the flood zone. Therefore, we should have no problem with the loan we desire, and we can finally move forward on this process and get into our own place. ROCK ON!
