The other day, Leah Marie had this crazy idea: switch bedrooms with the things. She made a great case for it, so we went to work today and made the switch. Among other things, it puts the Things in the back of the house and us next to the living room. It opens up the front of the house for us more, and it means we don't need to worry about the television or living rooms lights affecting the Things' sleep. Plus, we get a better view and the sounds of the creek when it has water.
On another note, watching General Conference at home is great, but it wouldn't matter where we were trying to watch it, the things make it nearly impossible to hear, let alone learn anything. Thankfully, there are plenty of other resources available for listening, watching, or reading it.
