Roanoke: Carlos Brazilian Restaurant, braised tenderloin with black beans and rice; Fork in the Alley, American Hot Dog with Chili (made from real ancho chilies); Bubblecake, snickerdoodle cupcake; Chillypop, Nutella frozen custard (best frozen treat ever!); Pricelined 3-star hotel (wow, one of the best hotel rooms I have ever stayed in, and by far the best for under $50). Tomorrow: Star City 10k in near freezing temps. Aw, yeah!
