Closed

The headline says it all. We closed on the house today after more than 90 days of waiting. That's all I have to say about that, for now. The saga is finally over. Hoo . . . *yawn* . . . ray . . .  Of course, there were 11th hour shenanigans. Yesterday our mortgage broker called with some urgent news on a few simple changes that needed to be made to our flood insurance. It was no big deal, but it figures that there would be one last hurdle to jump. It took all of five minutes to take care of, but after what we have been through, it wouldn't have been official without that last minute scare. I now owe you the entire saga. That is one long post coming up.
